With explosive OpenGL-based graphics and 3D stereo sound, HexDefense brings the arcade intensity of tower-based strategy to iOS like never before. Pros and cons of HexDefense app for iPhone and iPad

HexDefense app good for

Simple but beautiful graphics. If you like tower defense games give this one a try. It is a free game with IAP, so it will get you hooked and youll want to buy the extra maps.
I play the game blblbla i have 3,543 points now i play mystery box(Map) and i have -654 WTF?!?!? Help me pleas This is cool game but this bug dont make sense. To Autor Piotr Jarzębowski
I definitely like this game, but on my iPhone 5 it crashes on any level during 4th wave. Can you check pls where is a problem? Thx!
I cant say anymore really. This game is a lot of fun to play.

Some bad moments

This is a nice app. However, I find that there is minimal difference in the damage done by the various towers. I also find that once you get up to about wave 30 or so, in any of the levels, it makes no difference what type of towers you have, nor does it matter how many there are, nor does it matter how they are positioned, the creeps will make it through to the end of the map. Given that it seems to be pretty much impossible to stop the creeps, the game starts to become boring. However, on a positive note, it is free.
iOS requrement is very high. Please add support iOS 4.2 version.
Better than the average TD game. Very similar in every aspect to the two geoDefense titles, especially gD Swarm. Almost too similar. Still, its fun, well-executed, and free. It needs to be made clearer that passing wave 20 equates to beating the level. Better yet, why not go with convention among TD games - end each level after wave 20 with some congratulatory fanfare, and make "endless" mode an option?
Smooth as silk, and with minimal options, this brings old-school tower defense back with a bang. The only reason it gets four stars instead of five is because while whats there is smooth and well-executed, the lack of a mute button and lack of in-game instructions is counter to iOS user expectations. EDIT - after playing this - a lot! - its deserving of the five stars for the playability. Recommended.
I am not much of a gamer, but this game is fantastic for passing the time on the train! Love it.
Dont know how I missed this one when it came out. Very clean graphics like Geo Defense. Addictive and challenging to keep you entertained for hour. My only complaint is that gameplay is must complete each level before proceeded to the next
